Managed IT Services is a proactive approach where we act as your dedicated IT department. We monitor, maintain and optimise your technology 24/7, preventing issues before they impact your business. It includes technical support, cyber security, system updates and strategic IT planning.
What are your support hours and response times?
Standard support hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, with out-of-hours support available and 24/7 monitoring of your systems. Our average first response time is around 10 minutes and average ticket resolution is around 1 hour.
What is your client onboarding process?
Our onboarding is straightforward:
