Which Microsoft 365 licence does my business need?
It depends on how your team works. Business Basic suits firms that mainly need email and web apps, Business Standard adds the full desktop Office apps, and Business Premium layers in advanced security and device management. We review your headcount and how you actually work, then recommend the right mix so you're not paying for licences you don't use.
Will moving to Microsoft 365 cause email downtime?
No. We plan migrations carefully, sync your mailboxes in the background and switch over at a quiet time. In most cases staff simply log in the next morning with all their email, contacts and calendars intact. We're on hand throughout the cutover to deal with anything immediately.
Is data in Microsoft 365 automatically backed up?
Microsoft keeps your service running, but it doesn't provide a full backup of your data — that's your responsibility. Accidental deletion, ransomware or a departing employee can all cause permanent loss. We add a dedicated Microsoft 365 backup through Savvy Secure so your email, files, SharePoint and OneDrive can be restored quickly.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace or an old email host?
